A plot to blow up New York’s JFK Airport was thwarted by FBI and others. Three are in custody and one on the run. Was this Muslim Extremist? Of course, but you have heard this story already so I am not going to comment on this at this time. Hamas Provokes Israel Again
In the past 16 days the “Palestinians” (Hamas) in the Gaza strip have fired 310 Qassam missiles into Sderot, Israel as the Israeli Government continues with Prime Minister Ehud Olmert “strategy” of not approving the IDF’s (Israel Defense Force) request (demand) to allow ground troops to go into Gaza and put down this menace. Ron Paul Continued Discussion
I am setting up this post as a location to transfer some off topic discussion that has ensued about Ron Paul as it relates to the war question which stemmed from the abortion question. Joe Biden Wants War (again)
So, Senator Joe Biden (D-Del) calls for the use of troops in Darfur here and doing so without checking with Jimmy Carter relative to what Jimmy calls a “pre-emptive war” here meaning that the security of the United States is not directly threatened. From the man that brought us the “real life” understanding of the Misery Index (as first articulated by economist Arthur Okun), Jimmy Carter has now declared that George Bush is the “worst President ever”…….whewww! He has been waiting for 25 years with hopes to transfer that title to some Republican. His only options have been Ronald Reagan, Bush the 1st and Bush the 2nd. Well put this down on your “cry me a river” list (as quoted by SoftballMomin VA over at the FreeRepublic). This is about the Pizza shop (Super Mario’s Pizza) owned by the father of one of the six “Ft. Dix” terrorists. You may remember the one terrorist that used the cover of his Pizza Delivery job (for his father) to case out the targets at Ft. Dix. Now the Associated Press (AP) is reporting that the father’s pizza business has tanked to nothing. He also lost his privilege of delivering pizzas to the military post. Maybe he will feel better if he continues to tell himself that “kids will be kids.”
COOKSTOWN, New Jersey (AP) — The father of one of the six men charged with plotting to massacre soldiers at Fort Dix says the business that he’s nurtured near the base for years is all but ruined since his son’s arrest. Muslim Tatar, who has owned Super Mario’s Pizza for five years, said his lunchtime crowd from nearby McGuire Air Force Base and Fort Dix has largely disappeared, replaced by empty tables and nasty words from passing motorists. “Now I am a target,” Tatar, 52, said, adding that his business is “99 percent dead.” Tatar’s son, 23-year-old Serdar Tatar, was arrested Monday along with five others. Authorities say the men were preparing to buy automatic weapons to use in an attack on Fort Dix when they were arrested. They targeted the Army post, partly because one of them had delivered pizzas there and was familiar with the base, according to court filings. Authorities said the objective was to kill “as many American soldiers as possible.” Five of the men are charged with conspiring to kill uniformed military personnel, an offense punishable by life in prison. A sixth is charged with helping illegal immigrants obtain weapons, and could face 10 years in prison if convicted. All six defendants are being held without bail.

I just came across a Blog that is a pretty aggressive and strong voice against Jihadist Islam. You might want to check it out: Foehammer’s Anvil. He had a very appropriate verse reference for the site, it could be a tagline. “They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact, a time is coming when anyone who kills you will think he is offering a service to God.” (words of Jesus in John 16:2)
The Radical Muslim blog is strongly pro-Islamic and seemingly equally active in their pursuit against those that wish to fight against Jihad which just came to me via Conversations with Brit and Grit and comments by Foehammer’s Anvil.
